Charles Renaud

Raised around the courthouses and oil fields of West Texas, Charles Renaud developed an early understanding of title research, contracts, negotiation, and the fundamentals of real property ownership. Those formative experiences became the foundation for a career that now spans multiple sectors of real estate, land management, investment, and brokerage.

He began his professional career in the oil and gas industry, managing leases for the land department of a private energy company before going on to oversee the profitable leasing tens of millions of acres of state-owned lands. This work required a high level of precision, analytical thinking, contract expertise, and advanced negotiation skills — experience that continues to benefit his clients today.

Over the course of his career, Charles expanded into investment and residential real estate, including the sale of more than $10 million in fractional real estate throughout Colorado and California for multiple national brands including Westin, St. Regis and Ritz Carlton.  He later founded and successfully built a short-term rental management company, gaining extensive experience in hospitality operations, property marketing, investment performance, and client relations before ultimately selling the business.

In addition to brokerage and investment experience, Charles has personally rehabbed and flipped homes, giving him firsthand knowledge of renovation costs, construction challenges, value-add opportunities, and return-on-investment strategies. This practical experience allows him to guide buyers, sellers, and investors with insight that extends well beyond a traditional real estate transaction.

Today, based in Denver, Colorado, Charles Renaud works with buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigating complex real estate transitions, with specialized experience in divorce and probate real estate liquidation. These transactions often require discretion, organization, patience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys, fiduciaries, and financial professionals.
